R.I.S.E. Program: Study Skills & Academic Habits Training
R.I.S.E. (Responsibility, Independence, and Study Skills in Education) is an intervention program to assist students with study skills and academic habits training. Staffed by SEMS teachers, classes are tailored for grade 6 and grades 7-8. Students
and parents must sign an application to enroll students in R.I.S.E.
Applications are available in the Counseling Office.
R.I.S.E. meets Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during 0-period (7:10 - 7:50 a.m.) for six weeks. Attendance is taken.
