2024-25 SMUSD Incoming Student Enrollment
2024-25 SMUSD Enrollment for incoming students (including TK & Kindergarten students) will open on February 1, 2024! Check out the SMUSD Enrollment page for more info on registering your child for school in SMUSD.
KOC Registration and Enrollment is separate from school enrollment and will take place in late April or early May. Students must be enrolled in the District in order to register for KOC care.
As SMUSD enrollment comes in, KOC works with site principals, Business Services, and others to determine KOC offerings, capacity, rates and other logistical details. Please stay tuned for more information in the Spring.

For 2024-25, all SMUSD school sites will offer full-day kindergarten (8:45 am to 3:10 pm anticipated schedule).
SMUSD will offer half-day TK programs (anticipated hours are 8:15-11:50 for AM TK and 11:50-3:30 for PM TK), except for Twin Oaks Elementary, which offers a dual immersion program for TK (TOES TK hours are expected to be 8:45-2:10). Please note that for half-day TK programs, in order to meet the minimum enrollment required to offer KOC care, KOC anticipates working with the school sites to cluster students needing KOC care into PM TK, so they would attend KOC in the morning (8:30-11:50).
