Maintenance and Operations



Myra Lopez has over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors designing, building and maintaining K-12 school facilities.  Prior to joining San Marcos USD, she worked at Norwalk-La Mirada Unified, Irvine Unified, Santa Ana Unified and LPA Architects.

Myra has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, is a graduate of the CASH School Facilities Leadership Academy and holds an Educational Facilities Planning Certificate from UC Riverside.

The Maintenance and Operations department supports the District by maintaining the facilities and grounds, keeping our campuses and administrative areas clean and operating efficiently.

We strive to provide prompt responses to all our sites thus supporting a rich and comfortable environment for our students and staff.
