General Insurance Requirements

Service providers, contractors, etc. shall furnish the District with certificates and endorsements affecting coverage required by the bid specification/contract. The endorsements are to be signed by the person authorized by that Insurer to bind coverage on its behalf. All endorsements are to be received and approved by the District three weeks before work commences.

Failure to provide required insurance documentation will delay the approval process and possibly affect your ability to contract with the District.
