Non-Classified, Short Term Personnel

If you have been offered a position as a Non-Classified or Short Term employee, you will receive an email with the next steps in the hiring process from Carissa Gonzalez. 

You have been offered a work assignment. What happens now?

THE HIRING PROCESS:

  • The school site or department will email Human Resources with authorization to hire 
  • You will then be emailed the next steps
  • The next steps will provide you with information and location on the fingerprinting process. The fee for your fingerprinting is $78.00
  • You will be required to complete the TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire or a TB test                                             
  • Next, you will complete your new hire packet via Droplet. You will receive an email with access to this. 
  • The Department of Justice will provide us with the results of your fingerprints. Please let us know when you have completed the fingerprinting so we can check the portal for your results. 
  • You will be required to complete online trainings via Keenan. You will also receive the link to this from Carissa Gonzalez. 
  • Finally, you will attend an onboarding appointment to go over paperwork and required documents to be fully cleared to begin your assignment.
