2026-27 KOC Enrollment (Updated Regularly)
KOC enrollment for care in the 2026-27 school year will take place in late April or early May 2026.
This page will be updated regularly leading up to the enrollment period. Please check back regularly for udpates.
KOC enrollment is separate from SMUSD school enrollment. All families must re-enroll in KOC each year.

SMUSD enrollment for new students for the 2026-27 school year will open on February 2, 2026.
This is for incoming TK and Kindergarten students, and for those 1st - 5th grade students new to SMUSD.

Incoming TK students:
TK Families: If you are interested in receiving communication from KOC prior to the KOC enrollment period, please fill out our KOC 2026-27 Transitional Kindergarten (TK) Interest List. We are in the process of planning KOC TK Info Sessions (held at the SMUSD District Office) and KOC TK site tours (one at each KOC site) in the Spring, prior to the KOC enrollment period. By adding your contact info to the interest list, you will be notified of those dates once they are calendared.
As we prepare for 2026-27 KOC enrollment, you are encouraged to read through our website about how TK KOC works for the current school year (2025-26). We do anticipate changes for 2026-27, but this will give you an idea of our program.
