- Renovation of existing buildings, site reconfiguration, and replacement of portable buildings with permanent buildings
Contractor: Lusardi Construction Co.
Budget: $105.2M - Measure JJ and multiple funding sources
Construction: Began September 26, 2025 for Phase I to include removal of portables 505/506, add temp power, and begin construction on Building H.
Transportation Yard Solar & EV Charging Stations Phase II
Project Scope:
- Installation of additonal solar power arrays and EV charging stations to promote sustainable transportation and reduce emissions for our electric bus fleet. Phase II
Contractor: Opterra Energy Services, LLC
Budget: $12.8 Million
