At San Marcos Unified School District, we recognize that the safety and security of our campuses are vitally important to our staff and our parent community.  The District wants to ensure the safety of staff, students, parents, and community members.

STOP-THE-BLEED
The District has also adopted the Stop-the-Bleed Initiative under the national Stop-the-Bleed awareness campaign developed by the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma (ACS COT).  San Marcos Unified School District has obtained a STOP THE BLEED Education License and is authorized to teach US Department of Defense-approved STOP THE BLEED classes.  All SMUSD staff are trained in STOP THE BLEED.  Please click on the link below to access all the information you need to know as an SMUSD staff member.
