The Accounting and Payroll departments manage the District's budget, accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, fixed assets, and payroll activities. They develop, monitor, and update all District program budgets and prepare all state and federal reports for general fund and categorical program activities. The office directly supports all District schools and departments. Finance and Accounting is also responsible for the successful preparation of District accounting records for the annual audit.
Our Finance Department professionals provide accurate record-keeping to ensure District assets are maximized to their fullest potential. Operating in a manner to certify compliance with all Local, State, and Federal regulations that impact the financial status of the District is a top priority. Our focus is to provide Administration and our Governing Board with accurate and timely financial data to support decisions that directly impact our students. Our major areas of responsibility include: Budgeting, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Analysis, Reporting, and General Accounting.
